Canada is the second largest country in the world, although a large part
of it is at the North Pole which is covered with ice. The main language
of the country is English, but the main language of a province is
French. About 67% are Christians, 24% do not believe in any religion.

If you imagine, Canada is a
developed country so there will be a lot of interesting things
mentioned in its constitution, then you are making big mistake. The
Constitution guarantees equal protection and equal benefits from the law
subject to any distinction, including religion, gender, age or mental
or physical disability.
These are positive aspects. Now let's discuss the negative aspects.
Canada has constitutionally recognized the British Empire. What level
of mental misery? Their head of state is not any Canadian, but Queen
Elizabeth of Britain. To be a senator in the Canadian legislature, the
amount of assets must be four thousand dollars or more. Why? The poor
have no rights? Even senators have age-related conditions. Isn't that
weird?

109. Property in Lands, Mines, etc
All Lands, Mines, Minerals, and Royalties belonging to the several Provinces of Canada, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick at the Union, and all Sums then due or payable for such Lands, Mines, Minerals, or Royalties, shall belong to the several Provinces of Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick in which the same are situate or arise, subject to any Trusts existing in respect thereof, and to any Interest other than that of the Province in the same.
1. Equality before and under law and equal protection and benefit of law
Every individual is equal before and under the law and has the right to the equal protection and equal benefit of the law without discrimination and, in particular, without discrimination based on race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age or mental or physical disability.

15. Command of Armed Forces to continue to be vested in the Queen
The Command-in-Chief of the Land and Naval Militia, and of all Naval and Military Forces, of and in Canada, is hereby declared to continue and be vested in the Queen.
23. Qualifications of Senator (Part of it)
The Qualifications of a Senator shall be as follows:
- 4. His Real and Personal Property shall be together worth Four thousand Dollars over and above his Debts and Liabilities;
29. 2. Retirement upon attaining age of seventy-five years
A Senator who is summoned to the Senate after the coming into force of this subsection shall, subject to this Act, hold his place in the Senate until he attains the age of seventy-five years.
