Saint Lucia is an island country located on the Caribbean coast. The population of this country is approx 1,78,696 with 617 square kilometers area. Ethnically 85% black, religiously 90% Christian, the official language is English, with French also spoken in public.

The entire constitution is a copy-paste of other Caribbean countries. There is nothing special to mention. The mention of human rights is conventional, and subject to various conditions. Every article is unnecessarily long, complicated and boring.

And the worst part is that despite gaining so-called independence, the head of state of Saint Lucia is the British monarch, an outsider.
