Australia is the 6th largest country in the world. The mainland of the
continent of Oceania is Australia. Of this, 52% are Christians and 30%
are non-believers. If anyone has any opinion that a developed state has
a lot of human rights declared in its constitution - that's wrong.
There are some good parts. For example, no law will be made on the basis
of religion.
However, the strange thing is that the word 'God'
was mentioned at the beginning of the constitution and the Queen of
Britain is declared as their own queen. Despite being an independent
sovereign state, declaring Britain's queen to be their own queen is a
kind of self-contempt. What is the problem with the direct presidential
system of governance?

94. Distribution of surplus
After five years from the imposition of uniform duties of customs, the Parliament may provide, on such basis as it deems fair, for the monthly payment to the several States of all surplus revenue of the Commonwealth.
100. Nor abridge right to use water
The Commonwealth shall not, by any law or regulation of trade or commerce, abridge the right of a State or of the residents therein to the reasonable use of the waters of rivers for conservation or irrigation.
116. Commonwealth not to legislate in respect of religion
The Commonwealth shall not make any law for establishing any religion, or for imposing any religious observance, or for prohibiting the free exercise of any religion, and no religious test shall be required as a qualification for any office or public trust under the Commonwealth.
